1. MJF process printing material is nylon, high strength, good toughness, temperature resistance 120℃. Suitable for functional test parts and consumer electronics product parts. There are many applications in medical devices, auto parts, aerospace, home appliances and other fields. The 3D printing accuracy is ±0.15 mm adjustable, and the printing product has 2.5‰ tolerance.

2. Polyjet technology can print products in full color, with 500,000 color spaces. Complex colors such as matte, bright, leather, wood grain, stone texture, etc. can be easily realized. It is suitable for application scenarios such as medical teaching, toys, figures, portraits, and color customization. The accuracy of full-color 3D printing is based on size: less than 100 mm ±180μ; if part length is more than 100 mm,the tolerance is ±2‰.

3. SLA process molding material is epoxy resin, the product surface is smooth, the surface can be polished, colored, over UV and other processing treatment, low cost, suitable for product appearance verification, basic functional verification, small batch production. In medical, home appliances, electronic communications, toys, lighting, building models, film and television props, crafts, robots and other industries have been widely used. The machining accuracy of 3D printing is ± 0.1MM up to 0.07 mm at the highest, and the printing product dimension has 1‰ tolerance.

4. The printing speed of DLP technology is faster than that of SLA technology, the printing accuracy is high, the printing resolution is high, and the surface of the object is smooth. DLP is mainly used in fields that require high precision and surface finish, but are relatively cost-insensitive, such as jewelry, dental medicine, cultural creativity, aerospace, and high-end manufacturing. The accuracy and tolerance of 3D printing red wax are both ±0.05 mm.
